Piping Bags and Nozzles Set

The coupler is the part beginners don't know they need. It holds the nozzle on the outside of the bag, so you can swap from a star tip to a round one without emptying the icing. Steel nozzles keep a sharp edge on every ridge of a rosette, where plastic ones blur it.

Fill the bag no more than half full and twist the top closed. An overfilled bag pushes icing out of the wrong end.
