Ribbed Glass Fruit Bowl

A ribbed clear glass bowl in three sizes. The vertical ribbing catches light down the sides, which is what stops a clear glass bowl reading as a piece of laboratory equipment.

Glass is the right material for fruit specifically. Fruit needs air circulation to avoid going soft, and it wants to be seen to get eaten — fruit in an opaque bowl or a cupboard is fruit that gets thrown away.

Why you'll love it

• Ribbed sides — catches light rather than sitting flat.
• Three sizes — small, medium and large.
• Fruit gets eaten — visible fruit doesn't get forgotten.
• More than fruit — salad, snacks, or empty as a table piece.
