Stainless Steel Moka Pot

A stovetop moka pot in stainless steel, in three sizes. Water in the base, ground coffee in the funnel, and the heat of the hob pushes the water up through the grounds into the top chamber — strong, concentrated coffee in a few minutes with no machine and no paper filters.

Cup sizes are small espresso cups, around 50 ml each. Fill the base to just below the valve, don't tamp the coffee, and take the pot off the heat as soon as it starts to gurgle.
