Folding Hob Splatter Guard

A three-panel stainless steel screen that stands on the worktop round the back and sides of the hob. It catches the oil that spits out of a frying pan before it reaches the wall, the tiles and whatever is sitting next to the cooker.

Unlike a mesh lid, it doesn't sit on the pan, so you can still stir, turn and see what you are cooking. The panels are hinged: open them to fit round one ring or the whole hob, then fold the screen flat and slide it beside the oven when you're done.

Why you'll love it

• Protects the wall — grease lands on the screen, not the tiles.
• Leaves the pan open — stir and turn as normal.
• Hinged panels — adjust to the shape of your hob.
• Folds flat — stores in a gap beside the cooker.
