Quilted Cotton Pot Holders, Set of 3

Three square quilted pot holders with a hanging loop on each corner. A flat pot holder is quicker to grab than a glove and does more: it lifts a hot handle, steadies a roasting tin, and then goes on the table as a mat under the dish.

The quilting holds the padding in place, so there are no thin spots where the heat comes through. Three in a set means one by the hob, one by the oven and one on the table, which is where they end up anyway.

Why you'll love it

• Grab and go — faster than pulling on an oven glove.
• Doubles as a trivet — protects the table from hot dishes.
• Quilted padding — even thickness across the square.
• Hanging loops — keep them on a hook by the hob.

Never use a damp pot holder. Water carries heat straight through the fabric, and a wet cloth on a hot handle scalds.
