Rectangular Ridged Grill Pan

A shallow rectangular grill pan in carbon steel with a non-stick finish, raised ridges across the base and a handle at each end. The ridges lift the food out of its own fat and leave the charred lines you would otherwise need a barbecue for.

Oil the food, not the pan, and get the pan hot before anything goes on. The handles get as hot as the pan, so use a cloth or a grip.
