Garlic Rocker

A curved stainless steel garlic crusher that you rock over the clove with the heel of your hand. Body weight does the pressing, so it needs far less grip strength than a hinged press — useful if squeezing a press hurts your hands.

The crushed garlic collects on top of the curve, ready to be scraped straight into the pan. There is no chamber and no hinge, which also means there is nowhere for pulp to hide when you wash it.
