Large Acacia Wood Salad Bowl

A large acacia salad bowl, with matching servers available. Wood is the traditional material for salad for a practical reason: it doesn't conduct cold, so leaves don't wilt against a chilled surface the way they do in glass or steel straight out of a cupboard.

Two sizes. The 20cm suits a side salad for a few people; the 26cm is the one you toss a full meal in and put in the middle of the table. Acacia's grain means no two bowls look the same.

Why you'll love it

• Doesn't chill the leaves — wood holds temperature where glass and steel don't.
• Two sizes — 20cm for a side, 26cm for the table.
• Matching servers — spoon and fork available alongside.
• Individual grain — no two bowls alike.

Details

• Material: acacia wood
• Sizes: 20cm, 26cm · spoon and fork sold separately
• Care: hand wash, dry immediately, oil occasionally
• Ideal for: salads, fruit, bread, serving

Never soak a wooden bowl or put it in a dishwasher — both will crack it. Wipe out oily dressing promptly, since acacia will absorb it if left.
