Metal Faucet Sponge Rack

A metal rack that hangs over the tap, holding sponges and cloths directly above the sink. The answer for kitchens where there's no counter space to give up — it uses the empty air over the bowl instead of the worktop beside it.

Anything hung here drains straight down into the sink, so there is no tray to empty and no ring of grey water to wipe. It also keeps the sponge off surfaces entirely, which is worth something given what lives in a kitchen sponge.

Why you'll love it

• Uses no counter space — hangs on the tap, above the bowl.
• Drains into the sink — no tray, nothing to empty.
• Nothing to install — lifts on and off the tap.
• Metal, not plastic — won't discolour or go brittle.

Details

• Material: metal
• Mounting: hangs over the tap
• Ideal for: sponges, cloths, small brushes

Check it clears your tap before ordering — a tall gooseneck and a short spout hang very differently, and the rack needs to sit over the bowl rather than the edge.
