Swedish Dishcloths, Pack of 10

Ten Swedish-style sponge cloths in mixed colours. Dry, they are stiff like thin card; wet, they turn into a soft, thirsty cloth that soaks up many times its own weight and wipes a worktop dry in one pass.

They sit somewhere between a sponge and a paper towel and replace both. One cloth does the work of many rolls of kitchen paper, dries fast enough that it doesn't turn sour, and goes in the washing machine when it needs it. Different colours let you keep one for dishes, one for surfaces and one for the floor.

Why you'll love it

• Very absorbent — mops up spills in a single wipe.
• Dries quickly — stays fresh between uses.
• Washable — reuse again and again.
• Mixed colours — a different cloth for each job.
