Dish Drying Rack

A dish drying rack with a cutlery holder, sized for a sink surround rather than a restaurant kitchen. Draining is the part of washing up people improvise badly — a folded tea towel on the counter holds water against the plates and takes twice as long to dry them.

A rack lets air get to both faces of everything at once, which is the only thing that actually dries dishes. The cutlery holder keeps knives and forks upright and separate so they drain rather than sitting in a puddle at the bottom of a cup.

Why you'll love it

• Air on both sides — dishes dry rather than sit in their own water.
• Cutlery holder — knives and forks upright and draining.
• Fits a domestic sink surround — counter-sized, not commercial.
• No tea towel needed — less laundry, fewer smears.
