Insulated Vacuum Tumbler

A vacuum-insulated stainless steel tumbler with a lid and a carry handle, in white, black or green, in two sizes. Vacuum insulation is genuinely different from a thick plastic wall: with no air between the two steel layers there's almost nothing for heat to travel through, so a cold drink stays cold through a working day and coffee stays hot for hours.

The handle is the practical detail. A large tumbler is awkward to carry with a hand wrapped round it, particularly with anything else in your other hand, and the handle is why this one gets taken out of the house rather than left on a desk.

Why you'll love it

• Vacuum insulated — hot stays hot, cold stays cold, for hours.
• No condensation — the outside stays dry with ice inside.
• Carry handle — genuinely portable, not just a desk cup.
• Two sizes, three colours — white, black or green.

Don't put it in the dishwasher unless the maker says so — heat can breach the vacuum seal, and once that's gone the insulation is gone with it.
