Reusable Cotton Bowl Covers

Elasticated cotton covers in graduated sizes that stretch over mixing bowls, in sets of three or four. They do the job cling film does for proving dough and resting leftovers, and then they go in the wash and do it again.

Cotton lets a little air through, which is what a proving dough wants: covered enough not to form a skin, not sealed so tightly that it sweats.

Why you'll love it

• Replaces cling film — wash and reuse instead of tear and bin.
• Elastic edge — grips the rim of the bowl.
• Several sizes — one for each bowl in the set.
• Breathable cotton — ideal for proving bread.

These keep dust and flies off rather than sealing food airtight, so use a lidded container for anything going in the fridge for days.
